Do Not Buy This
I have had a horrible time with the USB and LAN connections on this device.
Great Machine. Get a long extended warranty. Learn to refill ink.
I bought this one after my old brother MFC-3840CN magenta printhead was clogged. I know the problems with brother printer so I still decided to buy this one because it is the best value you can get for all the functions included. But I got a 3-year extended warranty knowing the possible problems. I also bought bottled ink to start refilling the cartridges myself because I know brother forces you to buy ink when there is still plenty left. You do have to remember to clean the print head from time to time because it is still a problem even with my new printer.

its good for psp
i used this one for the psp, and it works fine, however, if you don't know about media, you get less storage than it is labeled as, you actually get 227mb of storage instead of 256.anyway, the adapter works fine, and will works with my vaio PC, however, some say the new memory stick pro does not work with the slot on the vaio, just simply download a driver off the sony site to read the MS pro.great product except it is black not white (i think the white is more stylish).

Absolute Piece of Junk
The Epson 785 wastes gallons of ink when the ink cartridge nozzles dry out after a few days of disuse.Every cleaning cycle takes about 10% of the cartridge capacity and it winds up costing a lot to print very little.The photos do come out nicely though but it better when you go through a cartridge every ten sessions.Do not buy.

Paper feeder jams
I have had this for a few years and have found that it worked great the first year.However, as in the previous reviews, the paper feeder jams.I have also wasted a lot of paper and ink.I find that it doesn't seem to jam my cardstock as often as it jams the regular inkjet paper.I was convinced by the salesperson at CompUSA that this was the best printer to get.I initially paid about $200 for it and it has been a pain to deal with since.Also, the ink cartridges are about $40 total to replace and a lot of ink was wasted by the printer jamming and continuing to print.

Garbage
This printer ran well for the first year or so then went steadily down hill. I can't tell you how many reams of paper I've wasted because the feeder can never even up the pages properly. ... Read more

Worth the $$$
I purchased this printer, not knowing exactly what I would use it for, and realized that it works great for photos.I no longer make the run to the store and open up the wallet.The cartridges last for a decent amount of time and I thoroughly enjoy the convenience.

Carriage stuck.
The quality of pictures is very good.However, the carriage gets stuck on the left margin and there is no solution, outside of replacement of printer. The lever to insert photo size paper is poorly designed and break easily, leaving one to hand feed paper.

Better than thee old dog chow
This 1Gb CF is a supurb unit for an inexpensive addition when in the proper format and maintained taking note of any irregular usages. my Aptiek cam USB makes a useful tool in the proper hands performs flawsless as I use to in a PI function. Keep in mind that with any advance piece of hardware that it pays to have a good understanding of how in using it you don't become the malfunction (I.E) A short between the headsets. lol

If you buy this card, you may have trouble with it.
Please consider purchasing another brand of CF card such as a SimpleTech or SanDisk brand. I purchased one of these Lexar 4X cards and had used it only a few times before it froze up while containing many pictures that I did not want to loose. The pictures were not recoverable even when using recovery software designed to extract pictures from bad cards. Lexar did replace the card free of charge, however, I still had to wait for the replacement card to be sent back to me after I sent them the bad one. I have one other Lexar 1 GB card which is an "SD" card and it is now giving problems in that mp3 music files stored on that card are becoming corruped for no reason. I have several "Ultra" ScanDisk cards and SimpleTech cards in both "CF" and "SD" versions that have been used over and over and they are all working fine. Since all of these cards have become cheaper, the slight extra cost of a SanDisk or a SimpleTech card may well be worth paying for as it may keep you from having to go through the wasted time of having to return your card for warranty.

Slow and Corruptable
I had already sent this card back once as it had corrupted the images in my Digital Elph camera.I am not a professional photographer, but I did get a bit tired of waiting for the pictures to write to the card after taking photos.I would recommend a newer/faster card than this. ... Read more

really good printer
i got this printer to start a photo studio in my house, and i live out of te city and all the people i took a picture, are happy whit it. i am workin whit this printer so, i tink is one of the best i have. also have lexmark 6170 all in one and works great too. the ink last me a lot. have more than 100 shots and still almost at half. i sold all the pict. and share whit some family , all are in love whit this printer. another thing. i dont use glossy paper. starting using ferrania profesional satin is the best paper for photos. try ferrania and youll remember me.

Great for novices and travellers
The printer is highly suitable for non-PC environments and for those on the go. The HP Photosmart 130's affordable price, support for the main digicam storage media, "no-brainer" operation and quality output also make it a good buy for novice and intermediate digital camera users who are looking for a photo printer. Considering that this is an older model from HP (HP discontinued this model and suggest to buy Photosmart 145 as an alternative), this is a good printer. It does pretty well what it promises to do - print quality 4x6 photos. The printer is easy to set up and easy to use. It accepts different types of digital memory cards and is pretty fast in printing - less than 30 seconds to print one photo. The quality of the prints is as good as regular camera prints - your friends wouldn't tell the difference unless you tell them. The one inconvenience with this printer is the non-availability of print preview facility on the printer - you have to note down the serial number of the image (by viewing on the camera) before inserting the digital memory card into the printer.
