The best lens cleaning system I've come across
Lens pens don't do a perfect job, but they do a better job than anything thing else I have found.It is a "must have" product for anyone with a camera!And the Nikon lens pen has worked well for me.

The "Microfiber-Magic Cloth" is anything but lint-free
I got it just today and used it for cleaning my lens. The solution might be useful, the blower is useful, the swabs can be useful with their pointed tips, but the so called "magic cloth" is anything but magic. It kept leaving lint on my lens.

Dust never sleeps
With the advent of full frame DSLRS, especially the Canon EOS 5D, the problem of dust on the sensor, and other optical pathways, becomes an issue that all users will have to deal with at some point in time. This product is one of several that the Canadian manufacturer offers to fix the problem. In this kit you are supplied with two brushes, one small, and one wide. You get a battery operated rotating device (no batteries included- you need two AAA's) to rotate the brushes thereby enabling them to obtain a static charge. They recommend using compressed air to charge the larger brush, but I found that 10 seconds of whirring charges it enough that it can sweep off loose dirt on your sensor. The little brush you can use on the mirror, focusing magnifying lens (plastic lens above mirror), focusing screen (this requires disassembly to access). Or you can use the small brush to clean off the sides of the chamber when the shutter is up and you are in the lens cleaning mode. Don't mix up the functions. There is residue from the blackout material in every camera. It is type of adhesive. If it touches the brush, it will contaminate it. Your fingertips also contain oils. You run the risk of placing a nasty film on your sensor, requiring liquid cleaning. I also suggest snipping off the plastic/cellophane bags holding the brushes, as these also contain an adhesive.
