The picture quality is at least as good as what you'd get with drug store prints.It prints fast too.Great product.

Great printer
I have a Kodak dock with printer but this Epson is great and so easy to set up and use. My daughter brought hers when she came to visit and after using it I had to buy one. I would buy this one instead of the Kodak (I use both).The quality is much better.You can take it with you and print because you don't need to hook up with a pc. Good job on this one.

Save your money
When the printer works, it prints very nice pictures, quite sharp with amazing accurate colors and saturation.However, it's an ink jet printer, with all the evils associated with ink jets.Clogged nozzles, missing lines in the print, and a very small ink supply.If you do frequent nozzle cleanings, you'll restore the print quality, but that is a waste of ink.It has a couple improvements in that the ink ostensibly doesn't fade like normal ink does, and there are six jets, so color mixing is more accurate.Furthermore, the prints are waterproof.When printing through Epson's Film Factory, the printer crops the borders of the photos, so you'll lose the edges of your pics.This may happen if you print directly from the card; I haven't checked.This cropping is really an inexcusable bug in the process.My advice is to save your money and let a store print your photos. ... Lexar Professional CF cards
I'm a working photographer who has been, after several years use, getting write errors on my Lexar Professional CF cards 1 Gb and 2 Gb. I contacted Lexar about what to do and was told that the professional cards have a lifetime warranty and they are now in the process of replacing my cards, after 40K to 50K exposures on each. Quite happy with them.

Fast flash card
I purchased these cards on recommendaton of a friend who is a professional photographer that has the same camera that I purchased. The Canon 20D likes these fast cards and it's other capacities which some other point and shoot cameras may not benefit. Check before you buy, as this card works very well with my camera.

Superb Product but finally had a BIG problem with it.....
I used this CF card with my Canon Rebel XT. Write and transfer speeds are fast enough and never keeps me waiting. But this works bcoz of speed acceleration technology. If your camera doesn't support this technology then its of no use. It comes close to USB 2.0 transfer rates.

Good in many ways but also disappointing picture printing
I switched from an Epson when it stopped printing color properly, and I wanted a multi function inkjet for home use. Although I have liked my previous 2 Epsons, I decided against Epson because of a ribbon problem that occurs in various models (which happened to my husband's machine.) I also decided against HP because many consumer reviews mentioned paper jamming. Canon has very good reviews with Consumer Reports and on Amazon, and the price is very good.

Good piece for the price.
Used to photograph a wedding last weekend.It makes all the difference in stabilizing my shaky hands.Easy to use and sensible.The tilt head is a little awkward.Got this after returning one from Best buy that had pull out/collasible bottom three tele's.This one much more stable although I like the ball adjust on top of the other better.

This monopod does a great job for my camera. You have the quick, easy-off, it attatches to your camera by a screw, and you can press the button on the side of the monopod and just slide your camera right off of it quickly. I wanted a nice, inexpensive monopod for my new zoom lense. I have a Canon 35mm, and I recently purchased a 75-300 zoom lense for it, and I needed a monopod to stabilize the shoot. If I knew then what I know now, I would buy it again. Nice product.

Very light, portable, cheap but the manufacturer quality is bad.
The minute I took the monopod out of cover it broke. The mounting head fell apart from the leg. The glue they use is very bad. I didn't return the product because I think the replacement would be the same quality and it was not worth the affords. I just fixed it myself. ... Read more

Difference among xD formats
This Sandisk SDXD-512 xD card is a "standard" xD card.The xD "Picture Card" flash card comes in three flavors: standard (up to 512MB), Type M (512MB, 1GB, 2GB), and Type H (512MB or 1GB).The "H" stands for "high speed" and is the latest format allowing in theory for reads and writes up to 3 times as fast as Type M cards.Interestingly, Type M xD cards are 20% slower than "standard" 256MB or 512MB xD cards.For capacity 512MB or above, you won't find any more standard xD's; you'll find only M or H ones.
Good card for the $$, But where's the Panorama feature?
Nice to have enough memory to support the video mode whenever you need it, but why doesn't it support Olympus Panorama mode? It's even branded Olympus (same card as the Fuji branded one), but neither support the Panorama mode in my Olympus C-730.

Good Product, Good Price
Most printer companies make their money on supplies and Casio is no different, but it sure is nice to know you can save a few green backs when you buy from Amazon.

Overpriced "hook"
What you save on the CW50 you lose on the ribbons. The ribbons are about 10.00 which makes it imperative to find the absolutely lowest price. My CW50 broke down. It's under warranty so I sent it back. It ruined a ribbon in the process. A lot of websites say it's good for 50 prints. However, the back of the single pack says it's good for 40 prints. I was mislead. The price of the ribbons should be 3.99-5.99. I have been constantly complaining to Casio to get the prices down. You should not buy them if over 6.99 (I've found them at that price) ... Read more

Eliminates The Mess
I'm kind of a gadget maven so this was right up my alley. For me, it's eliminating notes flying out of notebooks, stuck randomly in books etc of which I have so many. Ideas don't get lost in the shuffle of which there has been so much of. (speech becoming disorganized too) It's easier to see my own progress on a project when it's at hand not scattered all around so valuable time has to be spent searching...A frustrating exercise!! Additional software for the pen is available to turn handwriting into typed text. Haven't gotten it yet but it's in the plan. That's going to save some steps too!!
Over-engineered and goofy
The idea of capturing what you write, as you write it, for transfer to a computer later is clever.But this device is INFLEXIBLE and EXPENSIVE.I have no argument with the goals of the IO device, but this particular implementation is off-base for several reasons.

Excellent DVDs
So far..., the ones I burnt i.e. almost more than half of the DVD's, have held up the company's name. I would recommend to buy 'em if you get a cheap deal.

Great experience with these
About 3-months ago, based on reviews and articles on disks burning that advised against buying generic brands, I purchased a 25-disk spindle of these Sony DVD+R disks.I now have 25 additional DVDs in my movie library - no errors!While I'm far from knowledgeable about such things and have never purchased an alternative brand - so cannot provide a comparison - I had a very positive experience with these disks and am now purchasing a 50-disk spindle of the same product; just thought I should share.
Sony DVD+R 16X are junk!!!
Recently bought a spindle of a 50 pack of Sony DVD+R and all had errors.I noticed other reviewers are using DVD Identifier to see the real manufacture of black disks.I downloaded DVD Identifier and scanned a Sony DVD+R 16x and what came up was (Sony Recording Media Co.)These blank disks are terrible, all the disks had errors and half way through the burn process would produce errors, stay away from these blank disks.I recommend Fuji disks whick scanned through DVD Identifier is (Taiyo Yuden Co. Ltd.) and burn excellent and Verbatim disks whick scanned through DVD Identifier is (Mitsubishi Chemical Corp.) and these too burn excellently.Hope all this helps! ... Read more

Not durable...scam artists at customer support
We bought our photosmart printer about eight months ago and it recently started having paper jam problems.We have probably printed about 40 pictures on it total.The problem go so bad it would not print anymore.We called technical support and they said that it was a "software" problem and that the printer's warranty for software issues is only 90 days.They wanted $59 to fix the problem.

Good Deal!
I gave this to my nephew for his birthday--hold lots of pics and videos (at least 250 pics).I wouldn't say it ever cost as much as the "marked down" price, but was a savings for the same capacity card at the discount retail stores--about $15 cheaper.I am pleased.

Best E surface inkjet paper around
Like other reviewers, I have tried virtually all the E surface, satin, semigloss papers. I have used Digital Art Supplies' ICI Olemec for years, preferring it to Epson's Photo Lustre for brighter whites and heavier grade(260).Ilford's Smooth Pearl paper, particularly in larger quantities,at Amazon's price, is about 40% cheaper, palpably noticeably heavier(290), and equal in quality and surface to ICI. The base whiteness of the paper is slightly less than that of ICI, and essentially equivalent to Epson Luster. Even though, when framed, weight is not particularly important, the heft this paper has when handled bespeaks its high quality, similar to the analagous professionally produced custom halide photographic print.
There is no better paper
I have tried all the papers.Ilford is above all the others.I only used the Ilford Gallerie Professional Inkjet Photo Range - smooth gloss paper until I tried this.What I just mentioned is fantastic for high gloss prints.Touch dry before it falls from the printer.This pearl finish is excellent - the best for portraits.There is NONE better.

I love the "pearl" paper for my photos! The finsh is perfect and so professional looking. Much prettier finish than glossy and better color than matte. And buying it from amazon in 100 quantity box is much more economical than buying from the Camera-Photo Stores, plus you save on the postage. I bought a "pack" with a much lesser amount of paper at a lower price from Adorama, but they charged so much postage that it doubled my price on a regular size pack of paper with only 25 sheets. Very Versatile & Handy
I bought this about 3 years back when i had a Sony camera & I used 512 MB Memory stick Pro & Pro Duo cards. Later, I got a Canon SD 700 & now I'm using a 4 GB SD Card. I also have a Motorola Phone with a Micro SD Card. This has always been handy, saved my camera battery, and allowed me to copy files to my devices.

Dubious Value At Best
I purchased this item two weeks ago.My thought was that it seemed like a reasonably priced, perfect addition to the "tools" necessary for a budding amateur backyard astronomy hobby (its advertised contents, construction, and "glow-in-the-dark" planisphere).After closely examining the item for the past ten days, I'm forced to conclude that I was in error, and that you really do get what you pay for.As Celestron is one of the most reputable names in astronomy, I must confess that I assumed that quality would follow in all products that bear their name.I have found that this does not hold true in the case of these sky maps.The major problem with the package is that it is rife with misspellings, letter transpositions, apparent omitted words, and just plain (what we used to call in the old days) "typographical errors."Additionally, when I compare some of the technical information on the maps (i.e., star magnitudes, astronomical distances, etc.)and accompanying descriptions with other authoritative astronomy sources I have in my possession, I also find numerous apparent errors and discrepances.When using a product like this, it is essential that one be able to trust the data and information it contains.Since I'm not able to do this, I must rate this item with one star.When I purchased the item, it was marked down by twenty percent.I note that in less that two weeks since my purchase, the price has been further reduced by another thirteen percent.In this case, don't be fooled (as I was) by an attractive price.AVOID THIS PRODUCT.
