5-0 out of 5 stars AWESOME PRODUCT
I've been using Memorex DVD-R for almost a year now and I should say this product is awesome!I never had a bad DVD, unlike other blank DVD which I usually get error during write or sometimes won't play on my Toshiba player.I have an HP DVD writer. It cost a little more compared to other brands but since I'm not wasting any of it due to bad write, it actually ended being cheaper. And with this price from Amazon...it makes it even better.
3-0 out of 5 stars not as good as expected
memorex has a great brand name. but out of the first 6 dvd's i copied 3 of them failed.i would try TDK if you want real good quality

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Buy!
I use these in my new SONY 405, and they are great. The camera reminds you to use SONY discs, but despite the fact that I am a big SONY fan for the most part, their discs are expensive. These are a great buy thru Amazon.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great for caves and canyons
I've had this camera about a month now and am extremely pleased with it. I've taken it into numerous caves, where dripping water and muddy conditions are common, and it has survived being dragged around. Moreover, it has taken fantastic closeups of tiny features. I am amazed at how good the macro feature is, especially when there is virtually no light.
4-0 out of 5 stars Pentax Optio W20 7MP Waterproof Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom
This is my second Optio (due to an unfortunate accident snorkling in Hawaii) and I can't believe the pictures and adaptability of this camera. The W20 has more features than the W10 I had previously, and this takes even better pictures.I can pick a mode and take great pictures and video, either on land or under water. My only recommendation is to get the silicone cover that is available if you are going to use it underwater. It will keep your fingers from manipulating the lock mechanism that opens the waterproof door to the battery and memory card. The camera is a great size for those of us with larger hands that have a hard time holding the new smaller cameras, and it is an added benefit that the lens never protrudes from the camera body. All of the zoom and focus is internal in the camera.Makes it really easy to slip into a pocket.I liked this style of camera so much I went and bought another one.Even after I compared it to the Olympus and Casio.

2-0 out of 5 stars Lousy quality pics
I just bought this camera off Amazon, and owned it for less than 24 hours before deciding to return it. I did a side by side comparison, between my 5 year old 4 megapixel Canon and this new 7 mp Pentax.Indoors with flash. Outdoors. In shade. In auto everything mode. Set to my preferences. No contest. The Pentax lost every time. The colors were muddy. The sharpness was far less than my 4 mp Canon. The flash kept overexposing everything, and washing out colors.

5-0 out of 5 stars Big & Fast!

5-0 out of 5 stars best prints I have ever seen
Easy install, no need to install any overbloated software. Great printouts on glossy and matt photo paper. Read the Manual on solving color managment problems if you use Photoshop CS2 so that what you see on the monitor is what you get. If you use Photoshop Elements it has a setting just for the epson R1800. Prints beautifull lables on TDK matt white DVD's with the included software. you can use nero's label making software but you must set the paper type to (epson stylus photo R800 A4) so that it is centered on the disk. All in all the best wide format photo printer I have seen .

2-0 out of 5 stars Mac Users Beware!
This printer does not print tiled documents from either Indesign or Illustrator. It also is very hard to set the page set up for the printer because the driver written for this printer conflicts with the settings in the print dialog box of the software. I have seen this happen in both Illustrator and Indesign. Very frustrating. I called Epson about this, they told me to call Adobe who told me to call Epson. I'm really sorry I remained loyal to Epson and didn't opt for the Canon.

5-0 out of 5 stars Amazing printer for photos or art!
I first saw this printer in action when I saw someone turn a digital photo into a digital painting using Corel Painter (seeing the results from that software product, Painter, is what made me start looking at Corel software products for photos) and then printed it out on matte paper. Wow!!! Very impressive! The water color paints were amazing and the colors printed out were so vibrant and realistic, that I had to get this Epson Photo R1800 printer.

3-0 out of 5 stars Problem with Borders
This printer literally sits on the same shelf as an Epson 3810 and Canon ip6600D.I also have a Epson RX500 somewhere else. So, I'm making direct comparisons here.
2-0 out of 5 stars Dismal service
Had to return replacement unit as it was clear it was dropped in shipping and would not feed paper. After many hours running tests and sitting on the phone they agreed to send a 2nd replacement. One area of disappointment was that the number to call for a UPS pickup was for a phone service call-girl. I tried to explain this to HP to no avail. All in all I found the experience disappointing.

2-0 out of 5 stars Poor Reliability
While I agree the photo quality is outstanding with this printer, mine failed after fewer than a dozen uses. The photo tray stopped feeding 4x6 paper, even after spending $25 on an HP paper feed cleaner designed for this model. To make matters worse, the replacement offer from HP is slightly worse than buying a brand-new HP 8250 printer direct from Amazon. On the plus side, HP customer service was extremely patient while I hunted for my misplaced receipt to prove warranty eligibility (which I couldn't). Ouch! UPDATE: The next day I finally located my receipt, but the 1-year warranty had expired by 10 days. HP would not honor the elapsed warranty and charged me the full replacement amount ($99) for another printer. Pretty chintzy. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars File Error
I own a Sony DSC-S40. I had lost my Sony Memory Stick so I thought I'd try this one. I purchased it the end of June and almost every time I take a video and try to veiw it, it will play and at any point durring a video it will stop and say file error. This also causes a problem while I download them onto my pc. Only once had it done this on a picture and I ended up having to delete the picture because it wouldn't download. Sometimes it just don't pay to save money. I will never purchase this kind of Memory Stick again. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The best value card!!
I am new to digital photography. Till now I have mainly used point & shoot film cameras. I purchased this card for my Canon 350D SLR and I am completely satisfied. It stores more than 500 photos at highest quality and I found no delay whatsoever in storing images. The card perfomed very well in continuos shots! People who are complaining about speed must note that this is one of the cheapest branded cards available in the market and should not be compared with higher speed costlier cards.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great bargain
I had bought a lexar professional 512 when the digital rebal first came out at a whopping $230.It has a write speed of 40x.I needed to buy a bigger card becuase when I took pictures at events I did not have enough memory and had to keep changing my jpeg quality.
5-0 out of 5 stars Great value
I have been using this on my Canon Rebel XT for about 9 months. I also have a similar CF card made by Sandisk (Ultra II) which I paid much more. I'm fully satisfied with this and don't see any difference in performance between the two. Btw, I shoot in RAW format and the 8 megapixel RAW files are pretty big. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Short and Sweet
I just bought this at my local store. It prints great pictures...it so easy to set up.Most of the comments below I agree with.I'll leave it to that!!

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the best gifts I've ever received
I received the printer as a Xmas gift from my mother and brother in 2005. I love love love this photo printer.I was blown away by the print quality when I saw the very first picture that I printed. They look like they were developed in a photo lab. I've printed more than 300 photos and the quality of the print is the same as the very first picture.I love all the features of the printer especially the Disney borders.Since the printer is portable and does not require a PC, I have taken it to special events and printed photos to give to friends and family. Most of them have also been amazed at the quality of the photos. No more photo labs for me.I would highly recommend this printer to anyone and everyone.

2-0 out of 5 stars Great Pictures - Poor Hardware Quality
I purchased this printer 10 months ago after reading the reviews which all seemed great.I've always been an HP fan.

5-0 out of 5 stars Lexar Secure Digital Card is tops
The Lexar Secure Digital card (1 GB Platinum) seems every bit as reliable as their justly famous Compact Flash cards. I was initially leery of trying Secure Digital, but the card is no fuss, no muss, and considerably smaller than Compact Flash. Have used it with the equally surprising Casio Exilim EX-S500, and am impressed with both.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Product
There isn't too much to write about this except is delivers as stated.Great product for the price!

1-0 out of 5 stars SLO-O-O-O-W
Bought one for my Treo 650.Read speed seems OK, but the write speed is horrible! When using voice recording software, the card was too slow to properly write the .wav files, and everything I recorded was garbled and useless. When doing my daily data backup, the process took at least 10x as long as with my SanDisk card.Even the garbage no-name card that I got free with my Treo is dramatically faster.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Printer
I love the feature for printing CD/DVD's labels....it's not necessary to buy special discs...just put a blank label on your disc and it will printer it perfectly. Colors are beautiful and less costly since you only need to replace the colors as you use them. plus they last really long. Great little machine...............

3-0 out of 5 stars OK Photo printer but be warned of ink cartridge costs.
This inexpensive printer does a nice job of printing photos and on CDs. My complaint with Epson printers is with their "intelligent" chip embedded ink cartridges that monitor ink usage based on page yeilds rather than true ink volume. In short, this means the cartridge will show the same usage of ink whether you are printing pages and photos in draft mode or in high quality mode. The printer software stops the printer from printing if one of the six color cartridges is percieved as "close to empty". Epson engineered it this way to ensure that the ink doesn't run out and causes a clogged printerhead. The problem is that I'm constantly replacing ink cartridges that still have about 25 percent ink remaining. I know because I have opened the spent cartridges and have measured the remaining ink. Also, you cannot refill the cartridges with after-market ink because the chip in each catridge renders it "empty" even if you refill it. This ink cartridge design has caused a class action suit to be brought against Epson. Do a Google search and you'll find the website. In fairness to Epson I must state this printer does a nice job printing photos and onto CDs which is a nice feature. If ink costs aren't a problem (about $60 for a complete 6 color set) than get this printer. In the meantime, I'm steering clear of future Epson printers until they re-engineer the ink cartridges to reflect the true ink volume usage.

5-0 out of 5 stars Ideal for basic use
It seems from reading some of the other reviews that this product doesn't stand up to being pushed to the limit. But for your basic home use I've found it reliable, simple to use and a good all-rounder. Having more catridges to replace seems a bit daunting at first but you soon realise this saves you money. The cost of new catridges is a major factor when deciding to buy a printer and Epson's are pretty reasonably priced.

2-0 out of 5 stars Faulty card not worth price
I used this memory card as the second of two used to take pictures at a high class wedding. All 526 pictures of the 587 capacity of the 512 MB card were retrieved without any problems. When it came time to retrieve the pictures from this 1GB card, only 294 were available out of the 800 or so I thought I had taken.I fould a software program for my computer that claimed to be able to recover lost data on flash memory cards.BadCopy Pro found 806 pictures on that card that normal handling only found 294.All indications is that the card is faulty. The price was cheap and now I think I know why.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great value,Works as it should
What can you say about memory?Well it works and my camera seems to like it. Using it in a Canon 10D.My camera will take bursts of photos and the card gets written to properly and quickly. I haven't measured the time. I realize this isnt an 80x card or whatever, but I don't have an 80x camera, so it suits me fine.I have used it at sporting events and haven't missed a shot because of the card being written to, so I think it does as it should. I have several other Kingston cards, starting all the way back with I think a 32mb chip, then a 256 then a 512 and now a gig chip.I think they are a good value and I have even washed one in my pants pocket, run it through a drier and it still works, not that I'm trying to promote using your memory like pocket lint, but it's good to know they are build well! ... 2-0 out of 5 stars be careful of this one
A friend gave me this card for free, when I travled to Arizona. I use this card in my Dell X51V.
3-0 out of 5 stars No, not this one
This is not the one you want to get. You want the Lexar 1 GB 32X SD card. They look the same, except for the "32X" designation.

1-0 out of 5 stars Never work properly
I bought this SD card on April 11. Unfortunately, the card doesn't work properly, in fact, my camera and my computer never detect it.

5-0 out of 5 stars picture card
The card arrived etc. Looks fine. I haven't used it yet because I have another one in the camera right now. The price was good though, and the shipping was free!

3-0 out of 5 stars My first xD card, but has developed some problems
I bought this xD card back last June, just over a year ago, when I purchased my Olympus D-425.The card has decent capacity at my preferred picture-taking resolution of 1600x1200, but unfortunately it developed some kind of glitch not long after I started using it and at least one or two photos per batch end up getting corrupted so that they can't be downloaded from the camera to my PC.This is not a _major_ problem because it affects only one or two shots out of the whole card's capacity, but I have found that, for instance, Kodak's 256mb xD card is more reliable (as well as being able to hold more shots).I still use this card but only as a backup to the Kodak card, and I'm looking at buying a 1GB card now that prices have dropped so much as I'm going to be attending a big convention next month and expect to take hundreds of pictures there. ...
