Very nice, affordable hip bag ...
I generally agree w/ other positive reviews about this bag.I've owned one for nearly 3 years now and still like it though I have finally outgrown its cozy size/fit w/ my Nikon D200.I originally did a lot of shopping before choosing this bag for my then Canon Powershot G3 kit, which included tele and wide lens converters and a 420EX speedlight, w/ expectation that I would keep using it when I eventually upgrade to a D-SLR.And when I did upgrade to a Nikon D70 (upon its initial release back in 3/04), the bag continued to serve me well though yes it was a very tight fit w/ the D70 + a small-to-mid-size lens attached pointed down and Sigma 70-200 EX f/2.8 next to it -- the tightness was mainly between the width of the D70 body and the width of the 70-200 f/2.8 telezoom.FWIW, I also briefly had a Nikon D50 that fit quite a bit easier and comfortably cozy w/ the same configuration.
Great for the Digital Tourist!
I bought this bag a while ago, and it had since gone to London with me.I could not have made a better choice.Firstly, it feels surprisingly light, even when full.It is comfortable to carry with the shoulder strap (well-padded) or the waist strap (wide and adjustable for larger waists.)It has 4 moveable sectioners to enable you to organize your gear.
Great All Around Camera Bag
I am very impressed with the quality and durability of this product.I keep my Pentax digital SLR, Tamron 28-300mm Lens, Pentax Extermal Flash, and rapid battery charger.I don't think you can get smaller than this and still fit all those items, nor bigger without becoming too bulky.It is very comfortable to wear with shoulder strap and has gel pad where it lies against the hip.The clips that attach strap to bag are thick, sturdy, metal.I don't feel like the camera is going to pop out if the cover isn't snapped properly, like it had with 2 other cases.The camera is very easy to access when the cover is on.This is a really great case.I did much research in looking for the best case which is small enough, big enough, safe, comfortable, and durable.I feel like I made a great choice.My dad had just bought a case and already has this one ordered to replace it! ... Nice Gadget Bag
This is a great value for the money!I originally bought a smaller Lowe camera case at a local retailer and tried unsuccessfully to jam my Olympus E-Volt 500, two lenses and a flash into it.The Lowe bag cost as much as the TAMRAC did at Amazon.The Tamrac fits everything, in an easy organized way, and is very well made.

Great Bag!I finally found one with enough room for my digital SlR Minolta Maxuum 5D, with the large external flash etc. Nicely designed for ready access for the other stuff one carries.

Well satisfied
Quite satisfied with my purchase.The bag is roomy enough to accomodate two cameras, two additional lenses, a tabletop tripod and assortment of small accessories. With all of this it is still compact. Its' rainproof features are a plus as well.The only negative aspect is the compartment in the lower section in the bottom left area of bag.This section has no easy access short of removing the camera from the section above it. Just what I needed
I really like this camera case. I searched everywhere for something inexpensive, small and reasonably well-padded, and this is it. I have the Canon Powershot A620, so my experience is related to that camera only. I'm sure a lot of cameras are similar in size. The camera fits nice and snug inside the case while the extra space will hold at least several more batteries. My camera takes 4 AA, and I would estimate one can have at least a couple extra sets of batteries along with an extra SD card or two. I use my camera for travel when I do historical research, so I liked the small size of the case with the padding. I pack a lot of stuff into my carry on bag, and this fits right in, and I don't worry about it getting banged against my other gadgets in flight or on the road. It's not too thin, and it's not too bulky. It's mainly for carrying your camera around, so if you want something that will also fit your charger and other cords, you will need something bigger. I put the charger and cords in my laptop case because the camera is more more important. It fits just what I need when I am wandering around doing field research because it only fits what you need to carry with you. It's a great product at a great price. I am very happy with it.

Great for my Canon PowerShot A620
After spending several days trying to track down a case that would fit my new A620, I finally found one that met all my needs.

I absolutely love this bag.It is just the right size for my Canaon PowerShot A85.It holds 2 extra CF cards, and a set of 4 batteries.There is even room in the front for extra batteries if you really need them.

Nice fit, didn't last
We've had this case for about 2 months and the velcro closure is tearing up the nylon case.Based on our experience with other Tamrac bags, it is a disappointment.

Fits my Canon Elph S100 quite nicely
I have both of the official Canon cases for the Digital Elph cameras (the PSC-100 and the black, leather one) but both aren't as good as this Tamrac case. It fits better and the strap on the back makes it easy to attach it to your belt. ... Read more

Perfect Fit for Digital Rebel XT

Small, handy, has a zillion pockets.
An ideal camcorder bag, especially if you have one of the newer "upright" handhelds (such as the Canon 100/200MC). While not a bulky bag at all, it's got plenty of room for stuff like batteries, cables, tapes, a directional mic, even a still camera. Carries all my digital effects in one tidy, inconspicuous package. Tamrac has really done a good job here--much better than Canon or Sony have done with clunky bags ostensibly designed for their own camcorders. You won't be dissapointed.

Good for compact digital camcorder
I just got the bag today and I immediately put my panasonic pv-dc252 in it. The camera fits snugly upright, although sideways would have worked if I didn't put any bulky camera in along with it.I wondered before I bought the bag, does it contain any dividers.Well rest assure it has one.This bag is big enough for a small camcorder (see bag dimesions below) and a consumer (non-professional) brand camera without flashlights.Moreover, the various pockets that you would expect from Tamrac is lined along the inner top, outter front, and outter flap.Tamrac creates some very good bags and this is no exception.I especially like the price, the waterproofed ballistic nylon and the soft inner nylon (which is advertised to not be dust collecting). it is great bag

One of the best I've seen
I bought this for Panasonic FZ20 as per the documents on the Tamrac site and this bag fits great. I keep my camera holstered with the lens down and the divider thing is on the bottom of the case. The camera fits even if you keep it of he side but it bothers me as it looks weird. Anyway there is plenty of space and the camera fits in even with a permaraal adapter on ( you have to remove the divider in that case ). There are plenty of pockets and I can even carry the battery charger with an extra battery in the front pocket. The velcro + clip closing mechanism is great. You can put the camera in the case and close the lid using just the velcro because you need your hands free for just a minute. The vecro does good enough job of keeping the lid closed.
Good deal
I found this digital camera bag to be good quality at a good price.My only "complaint" would be that I find it a little difficult to open/close as it has both velcro closure and a latch.I'd prefer one or the other instead of both.That said, I'm very pleased with the bag - it's durable, has compartments for batteries and memory cards, and it's compact/lightweight.

Fuji S5000 Fits
So far, everyone who's seen me carrying this bag around has raved over it. The FujiFilm S5000 that just came out fits into this bag fairly snugly (with the inside divider removed), and I put it in this bag sideways, so the camera's grip is accessible from the top of the bag. There is plenty of room for AA batteries (2 extra sets of 4), XD Picture Cards (just about as many as you'd want to carry around), and other small items. I'd like to see additional side pouches added, a place for my checkbook and credit cards, and someplace to put my sunglasses case... if it had all that, I'd throw away my purse. ... Read more
