5-0 out of 5 stars The Little-Big Printer!
Received printer as a gift and am I ever so Glad!!This little printer has a big heart. The photo qualities are about 90% compared to larger/laser printers. The slighest grain noticable... HOWEVER... This printer is outstanding...It is light, it is portable to take to picinics, family gatherings, car-trip vacations (perfect for printing photo-postcards!!!)
4-0 out of 5 stars Good printer, but relatively high costs of consumables
I am happy with the quality of the pictures, but found that the cost of the Print Packs are high.Compared to Epson and Canon photo printers, the Olympus print packs cost a lot more.
1-0 out of 5 stars Olympus P-10: Avoid it if you care about color
I bought a P-10 from a non-Amazon online seller. I was sold by the glowing reviews, including those on Amazon and in Consumer Reports. I was willing to put up with the very high per print cost for great color and for the durable coating offered by the dye-sub technology.

3-0 out of 5 stars olympus p-330 photo printer
the printer gave very good results, but see no need for all the insturction books, (2) that come with the printer.Everything said could surly be condensed to one simple to read and use set of insturctions. there should be a better system to tell what you are going to print before you print it.

4-0 out of 5 stars Does one job well
This printer is designed for one task- printing 4x6 color images. It's not real fast or real cheap but it is very easy to use and the quality of the prints is comparable to conventional photos. This printer is particularlyuseful if you use your digital camera as a replacement for apoint-and-shoot, and you want to be able to get good, quick prints with amimimum of fuss. Individual prints are probably more expensive thanconventional photos but you don't pay for printing pictures you don't want,so in the end it's probably more cost effective. Compared to ink-jetprinters, it's clearly less versitile, but you don't have to remember toload special paper or make special settings, and you won't run out of inkin the middle of a print job, as each paper pack comes with a printcartridge that runs out when the paper does.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good for what it is
This is not an Office printer. It print as good as a 35mm film camera does. Do not expect any thing else. Small paper high cost but best picture that U can get. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars would like to give it 5 stars, but does not work
Unfortunately, this machine does not work yet. Rather than hassle the return centers and all that, I am electing to take it to Olympus, down the street from me, and pay to have it fixed. Hopefully I can then update this review.

5-0 out of 5 stars Amazing printer
This printer is amazing in its output. It is functionally equivalent to the P-440, which is newer.
5-0 out of 5 stars Simply Amazing!
Got this printer for $199 new (plus tax). This is the only printer I have ever used that literally is plug and play.No tweaks or fiddling with settings (though the option to do that is available).Right out of the box it prints so good you'd think you were in a Kodak or Fuji lab.I've shot photos with Lumix LC5 and Lumix FZ20 and the prints are spectacular. The trickiest part was loading in the new film, after using up the sample film that came pre-loaded.It took a couple minutes to read the directions.Someone else commented about this and gave the printer a "1" rating.Big deal. After you install the film once, you've got the idea.

4-0 out of 5 stars Super photo quality but not very flexible...
My friends are always commenting on the quality of the photos printed out on our Olympus photo printer. They really look like they came back from the photo shop. They are cosmically better than what you can get from your old inkjet, even if you print inkjet pictures on nice paper.5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent
I have had this printer for quite a while now. It prints unbelievable pictures that compare to the Kodak photo lab. After I am done taking my shots with my Olympus C-3030zoom camera I insert the smartmedia card directly into the printer, then I plug the printers video output into my television. This printer has some really neat editing features that can be used without your computer. Of course it works really well with my computer. All around it is a really excellent product. I have been impressing my neighbors, and family with this printer. I am getting ready to sell off my regular film eqipment. I just aquired an Olympus P400 digital printer, and all I can say is OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY................................. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER! POOR REPAIR SERVICE!
I bought the printer 6 months ago and after a few months of great pictures there was a white line that developed on the
4-0 out of 5 stars Great photo quality!!
I was worried about spending 500.00 for a printer, which I knew nothing about, but after reading reviews on Google.com I felt comfortable about doing it. The quality comes out great. You can't go wrong with getting this printer. One thing I did notice, it left a scratch on my prints, when I printed 4X6 images. I have not had a chance to see if it was a one time fluke or what. I'm waiting for more paper to arrive. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Nice but some shortcomings
It overheats if asked to do more than 5 prints in a row.Once cooled (45sec.), it will continue, but heat problem & delays get worse.Considered a "normal" condition in the manual!Like a Windows crash is a "feature"???

5-0 out of 5 stars A Digital Darkroom in the Field
Awesome is a horribly overused word, but this little puppy earns major kudos! It's terrbily intuitive, easy to use, runs on a honking big NIMH battery (or AC) and -- yes -- produces dye-sub prints that are rich and gorgeous and tough-to-tell from conventionally processed ones. If the big chasm preventing digital photography from going mainstream has been the lack of physical prints that you can stick in an envelope and mail to the relatives (or carry around in your pocket), the P-200 more than bridges that gap. It's a masterpiece of engineering. ... Read more
