Great Buy for the money
This is a great buy if you are just wanting to have some fun, with no real investment.Although it does go beyond 17 feet, and that is not as far as you may think.But, I used it while snorkeling and the pictures turned out great, and i am sure a few were more than 17 feet.
Excellent for SCUBA
If you are reluctant to invest $$$ in a 'real' underwater camera, this will do fine as a temporary solution.

Good quality, but not enough exposures
The picture quality for these cameras is great. The biggest bummer is that it has so few exposures. When you go to get them developed, you have to pay as much as you would for a full 24 or 36 exposures. I would recommend buying a disposable camera with more exposures.

Great Purchase
I bought a few of these wedding packs for my brothers wedding and was more than pleased with the results. Unlike the other reviewer our pictures came out great, indoor and outdoor shots. We were able to pass these out to various people at the ceremony and reception and got a wide range of great pictures. The benefit is that you don't have to bug everyone to send you their pictures of the wedding. I just gathered the cameras up at the end and got them developed. Now I'm thinking I'll buy a few of these for future parties, great product.

its a fine product except for the fact that the flash needs to be turned on by flicking a switch, located on the front side of the camera body.Which means you are going to have a lot of underexposed interior shots, but nice outdoor shots..when the general public uses this camera for the first time.Learn from my mistake and buy kodak or whoever has an automatic flash that charges and sets itself when you hit the button to snap a picture. ... This is the greatest for the price.I have taken pictures of my son dancing and they are extreme clear...I was so glad when they added the zoom feature to the camera. The digital is a lot of work for me.This is great.Fuji film is also great for people of color.

Fuji Q1 Zoom lacks Negative size selection
This is a 'beautiful' design and takes reasonably good pics. (It IS a point & shoot) but unlike all other APS cameras, it only takes pics in the "C" mode (the traditional size prints) NOT in the "H" mode (slightly wider) or the Panoramic. Why Fuji left this choice off Boggles the mind. The main reason I use APS is for the "H" size prints. I'm dissapointed this feature was left off.Read more

A phenomenon
Thinking of buying a camera? How about buying more than a camera? Well Ican tell you that the Fuji 60AF Autofocus 35mm Camera, is a lot more than acamera. In fact, I consider it more of a phenomenon. Accurate color reproduction, but not very sharp with detail
Firstly let me just say, that I'm slightly confused as to all the different 35mm Fuji 'quicksnap' cameras out there. The 2 that I used were like the one shown here, but a slightly different color. Anyway, on to the review: Excellent Camera!
Recently I bought 2 One Time Use Cameras. The Kodak Max HQ Camera and a Fuji Quicksnap Flash Camera. After finishing both Camera's I had the Kodak Camera/Film Developed at a Kodak Express, then the Fuji Camera/Film developed at a Fuji Lab. The Results were very different to each other. The Fuji Quicksnap Flash is clearly the Superior Film/Camera. While the Kodak Prints came back slightly blurry with not much color, the Fuji Prints were Crystal Clear with exceptional Clarity and Bright Colors. The Fuji Camera was also cheaper than the Kodak HQ!

Fuji Film is taking over

if you use one time use cameras a lot, buy this one instead.it will save you a lot of money, and it's the same quality as one time use.its great for its price.the only thing is when you're taking the picture, the screen is really blurry and everything is really small.

Cute, unassuming, and affordable
This is the kind of camera you may want to take with you instead of a disposable. Pros:It's light, small, a no-brainer inexpensive tool to catch snapshots, and, last but not least, has a wide angle lens with reasonable sharpness for a focus-free camera. Cons: Film loading must be carefully performed away from light to avoid marks on your shots (but that's true for most cameras), and, obviously, image sharpness cannot match an autofocus P&S. Overall, a cute little thing.

This camera has been the most awful I have ever owned. Not such a Hot Shot!!
We have owned this camera since about a year ago.Really terrible pictures. We have put through about a dozen rolls of film on it, and although with time it has improved, the first images were really out of focus.It's like it needs to be broken in!Recently, the photos have been getting better, but it always produces pictures where the objects in the background are more in focus than the image in the centre of the photo that we orignally focussed on.I have taken many pictures in my life, but my old 110 camera did better than this!!! ... Keep Looking
After doing extensive research before making this purchase, we have been satisfied with the picture quality.The focus and colors are sharp.However, the flash malfunctioned after less than 6 months. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This will be my first and last APS camera.The quality of pictures is terrible compared with even a cheap 35 mm camera.The picture quality reminded me of the old Compact Disc cameras of the 80's.The main reason I bought this camera was to take panoramic pictures easily with the regular 4x6 size, but I have already sent this camera back for a refund.Instead, I decided to use my old 35mm zoom camera for the 4x6's and buy a disposable APS for the panoramics, because the picture quality is the same.Also, the quartz date didn't work on the front.The only thing good I can say about this camera was the small size.

A little disappointed
My complaint is with the viewfinder.I, and everyone else who's used my camera, find it hard to keep the subject insight.You have to keep moving it around to get the image back.Meanwhile, the bird you're trying to photograph has moved.Read more

Good camera
I've used this camera for longer then I can remember, and only discontinued using it because I upgraded to a digital camera.Any problems expressed in other listings may be due to mishandling of the camera.If you take good care of this product it can last for years!

Defective Zoom Gears
Camera is easy to load and takes good pictures at first.However the gears that open the lens cover and zoom in and out go bad after after 2 to 5 years and the camera can no longer be used.Each of my daughters had this camera and they both went bad.Fuji will not repair this defect and it costs about $150 to fix.Avoid this camera.

The DL290 By Fuji
I'm really sorry that the above people had these problems, but these may be just one or two bad apples out of a good crop.And good is certainly a word I'd use to describe the DL290.Straight out of the box you can feel the high quality of the product, unlike some of the cheap and nasty feeling products from other companies.The camera itself is SO easy to use, drop in loading, point and shoot, etc, and has some very advanced features built in too. The picture quality may be sometimes blurred SLIGHTLY, but if you have a steady hand, the outcome is sharp with radiant colours.It has a self timer, and a remote control option for taking pictures too, whilst the range of the Zoom is one of the best for this price catogory. Unfortunatly I lost mine in a party, but Im making my insurance company get me the exact same camera, even though I can get a more expensive camera by another company.
