Editorial Review

Kodak gave its KE60 35mm camera a virtually fail-safe film-loading system. Instead of pulling out the film leader, all you have to do is slide the film tip in and place the cartridge in the camera. The Easy Load feature won't let you take pictures if you haven't loaded the film properly. The film door automatically locks after loading film and can't be reopened until the film is rewound. An indicator changes color to verify the door is locked.Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Only Good For a Short Time
I purchased this camera at the end of 2004 because the price was unbeatable. The place was trying to get rid of its 35mm cameras to make room for new digital cameras. At first, I was totally pleased with the quality of the pictures and the easy loading of the film. However, after only 2 uses the camera began to malfunction. When I try to load the film now, it won't accept it and the display on the back of the camera won't stop flashing. I can turn the camera off but once I turn it back on, the display on the back continues to flash, not allowing me to do anything at all. Glad I didn't pay the actual retail price for this camera. I was terribly disappointed because the first set of photos I took came out unbelievably beautiful. I woudn't recommend this camera at all.

4-0 out of 5 stars Beautiful Pics, Easy to Use
I've had my camera for almost two years now and I've been very happy with it!The pictures turn out beautifully, no matter the lighting. It's very easy to use with great features. If you're just looking for a simple film camera with great quality, this is it.

3-0 out of 5 stars Good Camera gone Bad
This camera was fine and it took really good pictures and they came out well. But then the camera's battery went dead and the camera was jammed in the middle of rewinding then I finally got the film out but it all out and every picture I took was ruined. Then when I put a new roll in the camera the film went all the to the end of the so I couldn't use it again. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great for Snorkeling!
On a recent trip to Tahiti I believe I have tried about every kind of one-time use underwater camera on the market (i.e., Kodak Max Sport; Kodak Max Wet, and Konica Waterproof Camera and the Fuji). All of the cameras worked fine snorkeling, although I found the Konica and the Kodak Max Wet to be more difficult to use. [The Konica was a little difficult to see through the view finder with a mask on, and the Kodak Max Wet, most annoyingly had the strap and the photo button on opposite sides of the camera! A real disadvantage to a right handed person. As a result you essentially had to use two hands to take a photo, one to hold the camera and the other to depress the button. Any of these cameras will work fine for snorkeling, however the best were the Fuji and Kodak Sport. Keep in mind that all underwater photos will look a bit blue, however, snorkeling in the lagoon in Tahiti the blue was not really noticeable. 5-0 out of 5 stars Great Vacation camera
I recently brought this camera with me on my vacation to florida. It was an excellent camera to use in the water parks, because you didn't have to worry about it getting wet! it came on all the rides. And it took some excellent underwater shots. The colors of the prints were vivid and bright! the rubber strap is a great idea to keep it secure as well!

5-0 out of 5 stars Kodak Max Sport: Pricey but Worth It!
The Kodak Max Sport camera makes good business sense. As director of corporate communications for a nationwide environmental contracting firm, I'm constantly asking project mangers to document the various stages of construction projects with photos. Read more

The 27-exposure Kodak FunSaver 35mm camera offers exceptional value and convenience. With a built-in flash, the Kodak FunSaver 35mm one-time-use camera takes pictures indoors or outdoors, day or night. Kodak MAX film is built right into the camera, so the FunSaver requires no loading. You'll never accidentally expose your roll--just leave the whole camera at the photo lab. Also, for the environmentally conscious, Kodak and photo processing labs have initiated efforts to recycle the FunSaver camera. The recycling rate for these cameras is now more than 70 percent in the United States and about 60 percent worldwide. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Not everything included was shipped
A real disappointment. The carrying pouch and the organizer/memory keeper were not included. I went with the gift boxed camera because this was all-inclusive. The camera is a great buy, but lets not advertise a camera "bundle" unless one can deliver. This consumer didn't receive what was decribed.

5-0 out of 5 stars Well worth it
The Kodak Advantix T550 Gift Box is a terrific buy.The camera itself is lightweight and easy to use.The autofocus prevents problems when there are multiple subjects in the picture, and the Red-Eye Reduction truly works. The fact that you're also given a wealth of goodies including the Kodak Picture CD, film, batteries, strap, and lots of coupons make this a great deal. Why buy just the camera when for the same price you can get a bunch of free stuff that makes the camera more fun to use? ...
