Beautiful piece of equipment...
I took this on my Mexico vacation and for the first day(2 dives)and it worked fantastic.The pictures turned out far better than I could have imagined.But, on the first dive the second day it started to leak at 45 feet and destroyed the camera.Fortunately most of the pics were rescued.I have no idea why it failed as I followed all the instructions to the letter.I sent my camera and case back to Canon and they said they would repair both at no cost.We'll see what happens.

Canon WP-DC60 Waterproof Case for A520
While I have only used the waterproof case in shallow water applications, I am thrilled with the results so far.I have no reason to think that it wouldn't perform equally as well during a deeper dive (50-100 ft).You can really get creative in and around the water knowing that your camera isn't going to get damaged.The Canon A520 is a great, all-around point and shoot camera.Combine it with the waterproof case and it will allow you to take your photography skills to a higher level.I'll admit that I'm strictly a novice photographer, but you might think otherwise after viewing some of my recent snaps.I am convinced that the waterproof housing allows you to maximize your digital photography experience.

Very easy to use and enabled us to take awesome pictures underwater.
We got this for our family vacation trip to Aruba, and we took it both snorkeling with us at the beach and just going to the pool at the resort.It was really easy to pop our digital camera in, close the case, and off you go to the water!We also bought the weights to attach to the bottom so it wouldn't float when we went scuba diving.Pictures came out great.

Troublesome for Beachgoers
I ordered this for our trip to the Caribbean.I was really impressed with the safety features but it was quite a hassle just for beachgoing and snorkeling.It is recommended that you don't leave your camera in the case in the heat/sun and if exposed to salt water you must clean and reseal the waterproof seals every time it is in the water.I found that other than not having digital photographs a disposable waterproof camera was more suitable for me.I would imagine if you planned a day or hours on a underwater trip this case would be more suitable.
It works as expected
I used this case during a trip to Cozumel. I had no problems with it. the device worked fine under 140ft deep dives, and the camera had no problems in it. Its use is simple, even though a bit of memorizing of what each button does (in the camera) helps a lot.
Great product
I am very pleased.I like the way I have full camera controls and can do everything with the camera that I can do with it outside of the case.I think it is a mechanical engineering work of art...

overpriced
This camera bag started to unravel, when i purchased it... It is overpriced...If I had to do all over again... I would not have purchased the item..

Enough Space for every gadget.
I bought the smaller version of this bag, but I rapidly outgrew it. In search for a bag that would hold my ever growing list of gadgets I narrowed it down to the 10EG. What helped me choose was that since I already owned the smaller version, I knew the good quality of the bag and how well it protect my gear traveling around. With this new bag, now I feel I dont have enough gagdets to fit in it. It is really spacious but not bulky. In my last trip I fit in an SLR body with a stadard lense, an 80-300 zoom lense, both with hoods; four filters with cases; a lupe, extra batteries, a digital cammera with all the accesories and charger, a camcorder with accesories and charger. It all fit in nicely.

Nice Camera Bag
I really like this camera bag, the only thing I dislike is there is no pocket in the back to hold my camera book.Instead there is a strap (that tucks inside a flap that snaps shut but the sides are open,) to put this bag around your waist.But if it was full I would find it hard to carry around your waist.Also the strap is attached to the bag and I can't remove it. I can't see that I would ever use this.Read more

Useful package though a bit overpriced
I'm glad I purchased this accessory kit for my new Canon S80--the extra long lanyard allows one to carry the camera in an easily accessible way while hiking.And having a second battery is invaluable.The case is leather and fits snuggly--it is useful for protecting the camera when it is carried in a purse or backpack, but I am finding I set it aside when I'm on the move taking pix.

Case doesn't fit
I don't know what case others got, some have said "too tight" but mine was very loose. The camera is swimming around in the case, easily half a centimeter of clearance. Not recommended. Just buy the battery and wait for someone to make a good aftermarket case.

Basic and as inexpensive as they get
Unfortunately, if you need a ruggedized case, this is as inexpensive as they come.If you want a truly ruggedized case for professional use, this is not it.If you use a quick release tripod attachment the camera does not fit in the case. Beautiful but fatally flawed.
This case is sexy and very professional-looking. It is obviously rugged and well-constructed. But just a few minutes ago, the shoulder strap slipped through the hitch system, and the case (and expensive camera therein) slammed onto the pavement. Read more

Works Great
The case is easy to use and works as advertised.We have not taken it down beyond 10 feet or so, but it works great on the beach.Keeps sand and rain out great.The flash diffuser broke off right away, but doesn't seem to matter. Also, the top of the lens housing is visible through the viewfinder and obstructs it a little.But what we found is that you can't use the viewfinder underwater with goggles anyway and you just have to aim in the general direction of what you are shooting.

A whole new underwater world has just opened up!
This enclosure is awesome! It seals prefectly and allows for full control of all the camera's buttons. The little flashlight dimming filter is a bit pointless but it can be easily removed. Just a tip on the side: When shooting underwater in greater depths, make sure to use an external light source as the built in flash of the camera (S230) is too weak. All-in-all, this is a great accessory to have! Too bad I haven't gotten it earlier...

solid, but specialized
This is a great piece of armor for the S100, if you're looking to take pictures fully submerged.It is overkill for casual boating use -- though it would save the camera if dropped in, the S100 shrugs off rain and spray without this protection.Solidly built, large but not too large (still a one-hand camera.) Controls are still convenient.I've mostly used it underwater in swimming pools, but I would have no problem taking it white-water rafting, it feels that sturdy and well-sealed. More reasons to dive
I'm really impressed, I bought the SD-110 a year ago as a quick small digital for trips. I was never planning to take it diving. The housing is really impressive, I've done 4 dives in the month I have had the waterproof case (WP-DC10) and it works great.
Exceeded expectations
Canon makes a great underwater housing for a reasonable price.I purchased this for a recent trip to Grand Cayman and Cozumel.I didn't go Scuba diving on this trip, but I did take the camera snorkeling (diving to depths ~20ft).It worked flawlessly and I got some pictures I was very happy with!One thing I did not anticipate was the use the camera got out of the water.Going from AC to the hot humid outdoors, my EOS rebel fogged up (condensation) and even after 30 minutes I couldn't take good pictures.With the SD110 in the UW housing, I just wipped the housing's glass portal with a lens tissue after it had warmed up a couple of minutes and I was able to take clear pictures.
The coolest thing EVER!!!
If you swim in the ocean, lake, or just like to be around water and want to take pictures, this is the thing to have, it's worth every penny!! The only thing you can't do when it is in the case is upload pictures to your computer, change out memory cards and charge the battery. It is truly amazing. I've had my eye on this for a very long time and with a cruise coming up I knew I had to get it. I'm a snorkeling enthusist and this is definatly the thing to have. Instead of those silly disposable cameras that limit you to only 27 pictures, and you haven't got a clue of exactly what you've taken a picture of, you can take as many as your memory card will allow you. There is also a filter for the flash you can slide into place to help dispurse the light to get that ideal picture underwater! ... Read more

Great Case
I just got back from Maui, it was the first time I had used this case and it worked perfectly. Great pictures snorkling and when it's raining. No problems what so ever.

Waterproof Case
The camera exceeded my expectations.Some people stated in the customer reviews their camera case leaked and ruined the digital camera which made me hesitate to purchase.I read other people reviews stating you must follow the instructions to ensure a watertight seal and which I made sure I followed.The camera took some beautiful underwater pictures while I was snorkeling in Hawaii.I would recommend it to anyone wanting to take some underwater pictures.My wife only complaint is I took too many underwater pictures and filled the memory card.Just make sure you follow the directions and you will not run into any problems.
