Cheap Junk
DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.Like the other person mine also came broken and when I went to open it up another piece of plastic shot off.Shame on Kodak for selling junk.Watch out they are getting rid of their German lenses (select cameras) and going with something else.I can not say whether or not there quality is going to be any lower but looking at their tripod you can never tell.

Kodak Digital Camera Tripod Super
This tripod does every thing but take the picture for you.It can be extended, rotated & manipulated into almost any confirguration you might need.It is very stead, this being very special when photographing very small or delicate items.My only complaint is that the bag is a little snug as you try to zip it completely closed.Otherwise, wonderful!!!!!

After reading the reviews, I took a chance and ordered the tripod, anyway, thinking that by that time the defective ones would've been replaced with good ones... I was wrong.Mine also had cracked or broken leg locks.I returned it for replacement, but the second one was also defective.

Great for printing high quality pics if you're not in a rush
I got this for my birthday from my boyfriend. I had already had gotten a Kodak easyshare camera from him so this was a great little gadget for me to own. I tried it out the first time months ago and it worked great. It printed out high-quality pictures. Even today, it is still working great and I couldn't believe how easy it was to print pictures from the computer. The only bad thing about it is that it takes a looong time to print. You'll be sitting watching the paper feed through at least 4 times before it completes printing. And buying the printer cartridge and paper can add up after a while.
Cool little machine!
I wanted a digital camera, but I don't have a computer, nor do I plan on getting one any time soon.Also, I'm lazy, so taking my camera to a store to develope pictures seemed like alot of hassle.So, this little gadget has worked out pretty well for me so far.
Enjoying a "printing lab" in my room
Yesterday I purchased the Kodak printer dock 6000 to go along with my Kodak Cx6330 digital camera. So far I am very pleased. The first thing I noticed about this printer dock is the size. It's small enough to sit on my little desk with extra room. Secondly, it was a breeze to set up. It took, at most, 10 minutes. Not for the person that values quality
Granted I went from an ancient 1.3 Olympus to this, I was excited when I received this camera last Christmas. Although a major improvement from my previous camera, I soon noticed many faults that the camera possessed.
Redefining "user friendly"!
The first digital camera I got was an overpriced Olympus 5 MP piece of junk that wouldn't even function properly. Add to that the numerous buttons and confusing menus...it was a stressful mess. I returned the Olympus garbage and picked up this baby, and I knew I had made the right choice. Just check out the back of the camera: a total of only 5 buttons! The menu options are kept to a minimum, and so far I haven't even had to use the menu at all because the camera does most of the work automatically. The CD installation is also very easy, and once again the menus are incredibly easy. And thankfully, transfering images from the camera to the computer is a simple, stress-free process.

My Review
I got this kit for the Kodak C330camera and it work great. I can carry my camera, 2 memory cards, 2 extra batteries, and the charger all in the camera bag that came with this kit. The charger breaks down(the prongs come off the back) for east storage in the bottom compartment of the bag with the push of a button. It's great and the batteries and charger work with the c series cameras too.

Not compatable with the DX6490!!!!
contrary to what the product description says, this charger kit is NOT compatable with all of the 6000 series DX/CX cameras. Do a search on Kodak's web-site if you need proof!! Hopefully the link tothe Kodak page will show up below:

I am on my second charger, and this one is broken now also. I thought that it was just the first one that I purchased, but it is just poor design. Kodak Digital Camera bag large enough for most photographers
If you don't carry a lot of accessories with your camera this case is very nice. It is well constructed with some very strategically designed & placed pockets.However, for someone with a few more accessories & supplises, I don't think it is quite large enough.I also plan to get a new digital camcorder some time later this year & it would really be nice to be able to carry every thing in one package.It should be designed to hold the 2 cameras, an assortment of lenses, some extra DVD disks or memory disks or whatever the camcorder uses.Recharging stations, all of the cords for connecting to TV, computer, etc. Should have a space for a printer dock with accompaning cords, paper, ink cartride, battery, etc.On the outside of the bag there could be an arrangement to house two tripods as most people have one for still & one for camcorder.I Think this could be tastfully done in the new, strong nylons that are availabe.The areas could have velcro seperators to help personalize each person's case.It would also be nice to have a decent lock on at least the main compartment of the bag for protection

Great accessory
Purchased the 37mm lens for my kodak DX7630 digital camera with this accessory it takes great wide angle pictures. Must have the lens adapter or this lens willn't work. Puts a little weight on the front of the camera, but this is something that you have to live with.

Now here's a Kodak Lens WORTH having! I use it for work mainly and it does what its suppose to do. Capture more of what you want! But remember, you NEED the Kodak Attachment so you can use this bad boy here. Worth every Dollar!

Great lens to use
Does a great job of capturing everything in one shot. The only problem with using the wide-angle lens with my camera (Kodak DX7630) is the flash. It seems that the size of the lens interferes with the light of the flash and leaves a shadow on the lower left side of the picture. As of yet, I don't think Kodak offers an accessory flash, but maybe someday soon. ... Read more

Excellent for DX7440 with lens adapter
1. Zoom telephoto completely.
Just what the Dr. ordered.
I just received this lens a few days ago and have only taken a half dozen pictures with it since but I'm very impressed with the increased clarity that this lens provides over relying on the digital enhancements of the DX7440.This lens provides me with up to 8x optical zoom on top of the 4x built in to the camera.For the DX7440 you do need the lens adapter and you will have 'tunnel vision' if you leave the camera zoomed out, but the whole point on this lens it to increase the zoom already on the camera.Why put a 2x lens on a camera and not use the 4x built in?The instructions state that you need to use the LCD display on your camera to frame your shot but that is true with any digital, the viewfinder isn't like an SLR camera that reflects from the viewfinder down through the lens.If you own a DX7440 this is an excellent addition to an already outstanding device.

Fast Film, Wide Range
... I would dare to say the photo-finishing lab has a lot to do with the results you see. I was horrified by one lab I tried recently. Incompetence in the lab can totally ruin your prized shots. As always, it's best to shoot a test roll or two and make sure you don't photograph anything you can't reshoot later. Test a new lab the same way, with photos that can be redone. Great film
I have used this film for years--with both my older point and shoot Cannon 135 Zoom and my current Nikon N65.The fact that it is a higher speed film makes it very versatile for all types of situations I shoot in--indoors, outdoors, low light, beach photography, fast-action sporting events, etc.I have not had a problem with graininess but I have not blown pictures up past 11x14 size.I have shot approximately 200+ rolls with this film and my lab has never had to color-correct my film.I wonder if some people who use this film and have had problems with graininess have more of a problem with their camera or photo processing lab than it is with the film.This film can be used in all types of situations and I will keep using it with confidence!

remember what this stuff is for
I'm a complete rookie as far as real photography is concerned.I went on a trip to East Asia with a bunch of rolls of film and and an old Nikon FM camera.I bought an FM3A in Taiwan as well, and with that camera I used the 800 speed MAX film.I made the mistake of using the film in scenes with lots of light and they came out very grainy, as people have said before.But that's not what this type of film is meant for.As anyone should know the higher speed film one uses the lower quality which is produced, though my comrades who used their P&S cameras thought the higher speed the better -- but that's because they can't change their F stops, which are usually higher than the more hip manual cameras.Film speeds are meant for different purposes.I used lots of 100 speed film and people were asking me "Why are you using such slow film?!"I replied that the lower speed the film the better quality.It turned out that the 800 speed film was among the last film I had before I bought 5 rolls of Kodak Gold 100 in Xian, China.I think the fastest film one should use is 400 speed film anyway unless you're using zoom lenses, which are pretty stupid anyway.I used a Nikon 50 mm f/1.4 lens, a Nikon 28 mm f/2 lens, and a Nikon 60 mm f/2.8 micro lens -- no zooms.So before we blast a product, lets remember what the purpose of this film is. ...
